NEA: Test Shots

Both me and the model prepared outfits and locations to take shots for my front cover and double page spread. The locations included in an open field in order to embrace the bright lighting of the daytime, to further correlate with the vibrant clothing we selected. We also shot some images indoors utalising the interactive wipeboard in the classroom to layer colourful backgrounds on to the model, portraying unique lighting to create the photograph. We further took some shots after the sun went down to use darker scenery to ficus the light on just the model. It also allowed to create a unique persona for my artist as we subverted the convention of using better lighting. It also shows her as a more naturalistic artist, showing her in a realistic environment rather than superficial. We altered the usage of light by differing between a torch and the flash from the camera.
